Always be mentally upset, never be happy, this means you can't get upset. If you can do this without appearing to be a miserable bastard you will go far... A Magnetto InfluencePhilosophy
I totally agree with this philosophy: you've hit a winner there.
Aside from this, I was talking to someone about the Stranglers yesterday, and for some reason all I could think about was those little white pants you use to make your mum buy, because they had a little bird motif on them that looked the Stranglers 'Raven' logo. You were also the first person I ever kissed (I am really stoned and 'fessing up here). I remember the scene vividly - Angela Hendry's 15th birthday party in Merry Street. Postman's knock. Me shaking like a shitting dog in the hallway at her front door. I hate this I hate this I hate this... please don't be some slevering idiot. You walking into the hall, shaking my hand and saying "Hi, I'm Mark" and then a nervous teenage kiss. We ended up talking for ages and then coming to agreement that we would call each others numbers for Postmans knock all night so we didn't have to speak to or kiss other people.
If I never speak to you again, I would just like you to know that my first teenage kiss memory was a very pleasant experience, and I thank you for this with all my heart. It could have been worse - you could have called wee Phillip Quin's number at Postman's knock, and I might have got Spencer Mackin... YEUURRRRGGGHHHH!

Thanks again - it meant a lot.
Yes, I know who are, and let me tell you, the pleasure was all mine!
